When will my books be shipped?
We typically pack and ship print book orders within 2-3 business days after purchase. (Wait times may be longer over holidays or for items that are temporarily out of stock.) You will receive email notification when your order has shipped.
How will my books be shipped?
Most print book orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or via the shipping option chosen by the customer at checkout.
Can I return my books?
We do not accept returns of physical books and other physical products unless the customer receives a damaged product.
In the event that a physical product arrives to the customer's address already damaged, the customer may contact us at jerusha@jerushashop.com to discuss the case within 48 hours of receiving the product (according to tracking).
Pictorial evidence of the damaged item(s) and proof of purchase will be required to receive a refund or replacement. Please use the email subject "Return" and include your name, order number, reason for return (damaged product is the only reason that will be considered), and photographs of the faulty or damaged item. If the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we will refund or replace your goods, depending on the case.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We are only responsible for proving that we shipped the item to the address the customer provided. Please ensure the mailing address you provide at checkout is accurate.
